Remember, this cake is meant to be an occasional treat and should not replace your dog's regular meals. Also, make sure to monitor your dog while they enjoy the cake, especially if it's their first time trying it. If you have any doubts or concerns, it's always best to consult your veterinarian.

• 3 large egg whites (make sure there's no risk of salmonella)

• 1tsp apple cider vinegar

4. Use the kitchen torch to caramelise the Meringue

5. Then you can assemble the "pavlovas." by adding some freeze-dried boysenberry

Serve:

Serve the dog-friendly "pavlovas" as a special treat for your dog. Remember that these treats should be given in moderation and should be part of a balanced diet.

Always ensure that any ingredients you use are safe for your specific dog, and consider any dietary restrictions or allergies they may have. Consult your veterinarian if you have any concerns about your dog's diet or if you're introducing new treats. Your dog's health and safety are of the utmost importance.
