ingredients

• 200g Minced beef

• 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour

• Handful of chopped-up carrots and apples

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Mix.

2. Shape and mould onto ice cream sticks.

3. Bake at 210°C for 10mins

4. Let it cool.


Crust:


1. Mix a ratio of 1:1 coconut flour and coconut oil. You don’t need a lot.

2. Steam kumara, peel and mash.

3. Coat the corn dogs with the mashed kumara.

4. Dip in egg wash and the crust.

5. Bake at 210°C for 10mins.

6. Let cool.


Mustard Mix:


1. Mix 1tsp of turmeric with 1tsp of plain unsweetened yoghurt.

2. Pipe the mustard on the corn dogs.
